Comparative Study of Immune Cells Infiltration in Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma and Basal Cell Carcinoma of the Head and Neck

Background: The role of tumor-associated tissue eosinophils and mast cells in the biological behavior tumors remains unclear. Objectives: This study was performed to compare eosinophil cell counts cutaneous squamous carcinoma (cSCC) basal (BCC) head neck evaluate their relationship with clinicopathologic factors. Methods: current descriptive-analytical conducted on histopathologic slides 46 BCC 30 cSCC samples prepared by using Sirius red Toluidine blue staining techniques for counts, respectively. data were analyzed, Pearson’s correlation, t test, ANOVA test.
